Our owner and operator Eric Watanabe is a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator with the County of Hawai'i and understands first hand the importance of septic maintenance and pumping.
What We Offer
When you call you will be asked a few questions about your property, usage, and concerns. This information will help us understand your individual situation and needs. Our screening process is designed to help our team assess, prepare, and ultimately get the job done right, saving you both time and money.
On the day of service, we will contact you to before we arrive. Upon arrival we will locate, expose and open your septic tank lid. Assess and proceed with setup and pumping. Once empty, we will inspect the tank and its components, secure the cover, replace and restore your landscaping as best we can. It is our goal provide you with a complete service including a recap, information needed to maintain your particular system as well as answer any questions you may have. All wastewater will then be transported to our local wastewater treatment plant facility for processing.
